Facilities for Disabled Supporters:

The Greenhous Meadow comes with extensive facilities for disabled supporters. The away end offers 27 wheelchair spaces, of which some are at pitch-level and others higher up in the stand. There is no specific provision for ambulant disabled fans, although there are some seats affording extra leg room. Parking is located close to the ground and is available on request.

For more details, contact the club on 01743 289177

Pre-Match Pint:

A 10-minute walk from the stadium is Brooklands Hotel, an expansive venue with two bar areas and accommodating to away supporters. From the ground, it is towards central Shrewsbury, the other side of Meole Brace Roundabout.

Travel Information

Distance (By Road):

137 miles

Car Route
By Road:

It'll take about two-and-a-half hours to get to Shrewsbury, but you can do so by taking the M1 northbound and exiting at Junction 19 for the M6. It doesn't matter if you prefer to use the toll road or not, because you will be requiring Junction 10a - after the toll rejoins the old M6. At Junction 10a, join the westbound M54 for Telford/North Wales.

Continue onto the A5 for Shrewsbury/North Wales. After eight miles, take the 3rd exit at the roundabout for Thieves' Lane/B4380 towards Much Wenlock and Bridgnorth. Follow the B4380 over two roundabouts onto Oteley Road. The ground will soon appear on the left.

Where To Park?:

Parking isn't made easy at the stadium by a permit scheme in the club's own car park, and the prohibition of football traffic parking up in the adjacent leisure and retail park. A car park at the Brooklands Hotel will cost £5, alternatively there is a club-operated park and ride scheme at £2 per person from Shire Hall, which is off the A5 by taking the A5064 for the town centre.

Train Route
By Train:

At two miles and 45 minutes to complete, the walk is a tad on the long side. Therefore, we recommend a taxi.
