Wheelchair
Facilities for Disabled Supporters:

We understand that a Blue Badge is sufficient proof for disabled fans to qualify for a concession ticket at Northampton Town, but it seems that free tickets for personal assistants are available only when it's required.

Away supporters with visual impairments are able to take advantage of radio commentary via one of the two headsets made available by the club. You'll need to contact the club in advance if you wish to do so.

Elsewhere, there are 10 wheelchair spaces for visiting supporters and accessible parking spaces too; for the latter, you must contact the club in advance. There are no specific facilities for fans with an ambulant disability.

Beer
Pre-Match Pint:

The stadium's location on the edge of Northampton doesn't easily lend itself to nearby watering holes - unless you're content with the Sixfields Tavern, a Hungry Horse outlet that may be home fans only.

We also hear that TGI Friday's is a popular haunt for away fans too, while there's a tenpin bowling alley as a more unusual alternative. Otherwise, it's into town you go...

Travel Information

Distance
Distance (By Road):

46 miles

Car Route
By Road:

Leave the M1 at Junction 15A and take the A43 towards Northampton. The ground will appear on your right - it is that simple. We could dress it up elaborately but that would be to no-one's gain.

Parking
Where To Park?:

There is a decent-sized car park at the ground at a cost of £3 to enter. Like Stevenage with Roaring Meg, you might get your knuckles rapped if you head towards the leisure parking zones. Be warned if the Northampton Saints rugby team are at home though.

Train Route
By Train:

Station: NORTHAMPTON
Services to: LONDON EUSTON

Northampton train station is closest but about two miles away from the ground. It is, therefore, probably more practical to hop in a taxi.
