Facilities for Disabled Supporters:

Sheffield United provides 10 wheelchair spaces and 10 designated seats for the ambulant disabled, located in the lower tier of the Bramall Lane Stand and the Westfield Health Stand. There is an ambulance gate nearby for disabled fans to enter the ground without need for steps.

Tickets will be distributed through Boro', with concessionary rates charged. A personal assistant will be admitted free of charge if required. There will also be a Disabled Away Stewart to assist on matchdays as refreshment stands are inaccessible for wheelchair users.

Pre-Match Pint:

Alcohol is available inside the ground, but places outside the stadium are in plentiful supply. However, most nearest to the ground are home pubs only, so one option might be to try The Earl on Queens Road among others.

Travel Information

Distance (By Road):

137 miles

Car Route
By Road:

From Stevenage, the quickest and shortest route is to head up the M1 to Junction 29. Exit the motorway and take the second exit at the roundabout for the A617 - signposted Chesterfield/Matlock/A632. Continue for five miles before you need to take the fourth exit at the roundabout for the Sheffield-bound A61.

Travel along the A61 through four roundabouts and into Sheffield for nearly 11 miles. Bear right to remain on the A61 for a further 0.2 miles, before turning left for Bramall Lane. After another 0.2 miles, turn right for Cherry Street and you will be looking at the stadium on your right. However, you might want to negate the use of Cherry Street given the parking options below.

It is also worth considering that you can go to Junction 33 on the M1 and use the A630 into Sheffield City Centre, before heading towards the A621 for Bakewell. This will eventually take you onto Bramall Lane for the stadium.

Where To Park?:

It is suggested that your best option when visiting Sheffield United is to find street parking, unless you are feeling adventurous with the public transport options on offer.

Train Route
By Train:

Services to: DONCASTER (for STEVENAGE)

A walk from the railway station won't take you too much time and effort. It's not even a mile long! Come out of the station and turn left onto the A61 Sheaf Street, heading in a south-westerly direction. After 0.1 mile, you need to take a slight right to head up Shoreham Street (still the A61).

Follow this road for more than half a mile - crossing St Mary's Close in the process - before you come to the stadium. The away end is on the opposite side of the ground from Shoreham Street, so the best option is to take the right turn for John Street and then left onto Bramall Lane to come behind the right end.
