Debut: Leigh RMI (H, 3-1), 13/01/2007

Young striker snapped up by Mark Stimson at the end of December 2006 following his departure from Grays Athletic by mutual consent, although his debut was delayed until January 2007 due to FA regulations.

Slabber started his career as a youth player at Tottenham Hotspur alongside Boro' defender, Ronnie Henry. After loan spells at AB Copenhagen in Denmark, and then Swindon Town, the striker left Spurs for Aldershot Town, and later, Grays Athletic.

After a month's loan spell at Oxford United, Slabber was reunited with Stimson, whom he worked under at Grays previously. Slabber, however, didn't live up to expectations at Broadhall Way, and despite making the bench for the FA Trophy Final in 2007, he was released that summer.
