Jamar Loza was the young Jamaican international forward who signed on the dotted line for Stevenage in October 2015, albeit only on loan from Premier League outfit Norwich City. With Boro' finding goals hard to come by, Loza arrived with hopes running high.

The striker was a member of the Canaries' youth team that won the 2012-3 FA Youth Cup - no mean feat considering the opposition. But first team opportunities had been restricted to just a handful of outings - including a debut as substitute against Arsenal.

The majority of Loza's senior experience has come away from Carrow Road; loan spells at Coventry City, Leyton Orient, Southend United and Yeovil Town giving him the chance to sample life in the Football League and what is required as a striker.

First team appearances and goals hadn't been abundant during those loan spells, but it was all no doubt valuable experience for the striker. And, in addition, Loza also boasts international experience - four caps for Jamaica at time of writing.
